Return Policy
General Policy:
The following is ScarlettGomez.shop's standard return policy and applies only to products purchased directly from the ScarlettGomez.shop website. All returns must be subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Items eligible for return/refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt must meet the following criteria:
. Defective items that arrive damaged/broken or stained.
. Items received that are the wrong size/color.
. Items that have not been washed, worn or used within 30 days of receipt and do not meet your expectations.
WARNING: The following items are not eligible for return and will be returned to you at our expense if we receive them:
. Package received more than 2 months ago
. Any product not purchased from ScarlettGomez.shop
. Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with a serial number that is missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable
. The returned product is missing all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items that were originally with the product.
. Products with codes removed from the packaging.
. Products that are physically damaged.
. Products you have submitted for a mail-in refund.
. If the item is lost during the return process, we will not be able to provide you with the assistance you need. We recommend that you choose a trackable shipping method to return the defective product.
Here are some things you need to know about return packages:
. You are responsible for all return postage.
. Please ensure that we receive the return package within one month.
. We will arrange a refund within 1-3 days after we receive the package and inspect the items.
RMA process and three simple steps:
If you need to return a package, please contact Support@ScarlettGomez.shop and provide your order information.
1. After visiting ScarlettGomez.shop and submitting an RMA request, you will receive an RMA authorization. The RMA request should include the following information: order number, SKU, reason for return, pictures, choice of exchange or refund, and other relevant questions.

2. After obtaining RMA authorization, please send the return.
After sending the return, please note that the returned goods must retain the original packaging, accessories, and attach the shipping address provided by Support@ScarlettGomez.shop customer service center and RMA authorization.
Note: Please provide the tracking number of the return. Support@ScarlettGomez.shop is not responsible for any lost returns.
3. Get a replacement or refund.
ScarlettGome will receive your return package within 1-3 business days and arrange for re-shipment or refund. The refund will be refunded through your original payment method.
